Sailing Kawau Island Kawau Island to Great Barrier Island In this episode ,we sail eastwards from Kawau Island to Great Barrier Island. We have a very relaxed crossing complete with an awesome dolphin escort. Another new island for us. Great Barrier Island is a days sail east of Kawau island. It offers many sheltered anchorages and lovely walks. Once settled into Tryphena harbour on the south west of the island, we catch up with some cruising buddies, find a splendid Irish pub, drink cold beer and begin to explore a little of what this beautiful island has to offer. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ??
