Sailing in Albania on our Jeanneau 36i Sun Odyssey. S07E07

After a great sail from Turkey through the Peloponnese and up to Corfu we now leave Europe and head to the once war torn country of Albania. Only three hours away is the check in port of Sarande where we hire the help of an agent to see us through the process of entering this unfamiliar country. Once settled we hire a car and take a road trip to some of the lovely tourist attractions here, and drive through the mountains to the medieval town of Gjirokaster. Himare and Porto Palermo come next where we hope to sail the boat to in the coming days.
