Sailing Friends to Explore Cat Island In the Bahamas - Episode 27

Erin's family comes for a short visit, then some friends join us for 10 days to explore Cat Island and see what living aboard a catamaran is really like. We get some up-close encounters with sharks, attend a local church, then hike up the tallest hill in the Bahamas to poke around at an old monastery. Stir into flour and salt until dough is formed. Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then divide into 2 or 3 parts. Roll each part out paper thin, each dough ball should make a 12 inch pizza crust.
