Sailing catamaran Irbis 19 video 2023

A short sketch from the first trips to Irbis-19. We managed to create an excellent catamaran with excellent sailing characteristics almost from scratch. Dimensions: The length of the cylinders is 6.0 meters, the diameter is 55 cm. The width along the axes of the cylinders is 2.5 meters. The centerboard and rudder are molded fiberglass. Frame tube material: Anodized seawater resistant alloy tubes Mast - Triton profile 69 mm. Height 7.2 meters. Load capacity - 400 kg. Blocks and deel things - Barracuda, Fit-X. Sails - Dacron 240 g/m2. Mainsail - 10 m2, staysail - 3 m2. Ropes - polyester Easy Grip. Deck material: PVC mesh. Weight of the catamaran in the basic configuration: 100 kg.
