Sailing Around Catalina - Avalon and Cat Harbor (October 2020)

In this episode, Erich and Sherri join as crew for a circumnavigation around Catalina Island. We start our first leg from San Pedro to Avalon. This is the first trip for Keeldragger V to Avalon (on this boat). We depart the next day around the back side of Catalina to Catalina Harbor. Along the way, we have a sighting of Risso's Dolphins! After spending the night in Cat Harbor, we motor around the Northwest end of the island to return to San Pedro. Visibility is excellent and we can see both San Clemente and Santa Barbara Islands as well as some visibile rain in the distance.
