Sailboat shopping in Indiantown Marina-Can you find a good Liveaboard in the grass sea of boats?

In this episode we venture to Indiantown Marina where we have been told boats go to die to look at an Island Packet 31. We were amazed and saddened by all the boats on the hard here. They range from really nice condition to abandoned and rotting away. The IP we looked at was in the good condition as someone had been doing some work on her. She could easily be a very nice IP with just a little more work. We decided after looking at her that she was not the boat for us and we actually decided that we wanted to be above 35 ft in a boat after looking at the boats we had already. The good news is the boat did find a new owner and I am hoping they are finishing her few projects to get her back into the water. The broker on this boat was fantastic and has continued to help us look for a boat to fit our needs.
