Riced Cauliflower Tacos- off grid living aboard a boat

Riced cauliflower tacos are what's for dinner tonight aboard SV SweetPea this taco Tuesday. Off grid living aboard a boat is tasty. Cauliflower is supposed to be extremely healthy being a cruciferous vegetable with added benefits for guys. Apparently it is supposed to help scrub out excess estrogen in males. All I know for sure is that these tacos turned out tasty.
