Replacing port aft floor and cutting new bulkheads from scratch on catamaran project E37

Hi all, the the Port aft was designed to be a bunk but no way, its like a coffin. It has been used as a dumping ground and a real back breaker to access stuff in there so i took steps. Using it to conceal the Fridge!! Still in the trialing stage but want to pull off all the old sodden wood and replace with fresh/nicer looking timber.
