Let's try something a little different. why not replace deck core from below? its common to replace deck core from the top, gravity is working in your favor. so why did I chose the deck core from below approach? there are a few reasons. first i wanted to save the locations of all current deck hardware, leaving the top fiberglass retains all this information.
