Rencontre avec Yannick Bestaven, Maître CoQ V | Vendée Globe 2024

🇫🇷 Ingénieur de formation, coconcepteur de l’hydrogénérateur qui équipe les bateaux de course, Yannick Bestaven a vite apprivoisé le monde du nautisme sur le bassin d’Arcachon avec ses amis Arnaud Boissières et Jean-Marie Dauris. De la Mini qu’il remporte en 2001 aux grandes courses qu’il court en Class40 puis en IMOCA, Yannick met sa vie au service de ses rêves et remporte de belles victoires dont le Vendée Globe 2020. Avec un IMOCA dernière génération et accompagné de ses partenaires au premier rang desquels Maître CoQ, Yannick est candidat à sa succession en 2024, espérant cette fois partager avec le plus grand nombre, aux Sables d’Olonne, cette formidable aventure maritime et humaine qu’est le Vendée Globe. 🇬🇧 An engineer by training and co-designer of the hydrogenerator that equips racing boats, Yannick Bestaven quickly embraced the world of sailing on the Arcachon Basin with his friends Arnaud Boissières and Jean-Marie Dauris.
