Red Rocket : Levadas, Porto Santo and Azores

[EN] Red Rocket and her four crew members continue to chart their course. In their wake, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote and now Madeira. After discovering the island's riches, and in particular its luxuriant flora, the RM1080 loaned to the farming family for a year left Madeira and dropped anchor off the island of Porto Santo, famous for its magical landscapes, but also for its rich history, since Christopher Columbus stayed on its soil. It was a destination that did not leave Arnaud, Martine and their two children indifferent. This was their last pit-stop before a slightly longer crossing to the Azores. They were all rather impatient to reach the famous archipelago, and didn't hesitate to set sail as soon as the opportunity presented itself! More than four days later, in fairly varied and sometimes challenging conditions, the crew landed in the port of Santa Maria. It was a night-time arrival that marked the end of their first real offshore navigation. Dans leur sillage, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote et maintenant Madère. En effet, après avoir découvert les richesses de l'île et notamment sa flore luxuriante, le RM1080 prêté à la famille d'agriculteurs pour un an a quitté Madère et jeté l'ancre devant l'île de Porto Santo, île célèbre pour ses paysages magiques, mais également pour sa riche histoire, puisqu'elle a vu Christophe Colomb séjourner sur son sol. Une destination qui n'aura pas laissé indifférent Arnaud, Martine et leurs deux enfants. Ce fut leur dernier pit-stop avant une traversée un peu plus importante en direction des Açores. Tous se sont montrés plutôt impatients à l'idée de rallier le célèbre archipel, et n'ont donc pas hésité à mettre les voiles dès que l'occasion s'est présentée ! Plus de quatre jours plus tard, dans des conditions assez variées et parfois engagées, l'équipage a posé pied à terre dans le port de Santa Maria.
