Ocean Sailing presents a wide variety of challenging situations for a sailor. From wild weather to the constant need for maintenance while living in the unforgiving offshore world. But it is within these situations that we learn about ourselves. Our strengths and weaknesses, our ability to overcome adversity, and our individual capability to rise to the occasion. Challenges not only test us, but they also teach us some of the most valuable life lessons. My goal when presenting is not only to share stories from my adventures, but to also shed light on some of the lessons and insights I have learned along the way.
