This week I leave Vancouver and head back to Family Circus in New Zealand. I learn the best way to pick her up is to just go for it and come in hot. It's almost time to set sail for New Cal and there's a lot to get done to get her ready to sail 6000 miles over the next year. First up, picking her up out of the water! After many years in business in Vancouver we were tired of life inside the box and wanted to make a change, we just weren't exactly sure what would be next. In July of 2016, when Sayo was six months pregnant, we decided (somewhat at the last minute) to fly to New Caledonia for one last holiday before the baby was born. On this trip we decided to buy "Family Circus", planned to sail her to New Zealand and started an adventure that has changed our lives.
