Hello all! This is another event at the Plano Balloon Festival. Normally there would be Balloons but the wind was too strong and for safety reasons they could not let the balloons up. We were disappointed, but they did a candle stick glow choreographed to music. Enjoy! Camera: Gopro Fusion
