Palm Trees, Sprinklers, Toilets and Boats

It doesn't seem to matter if you live on a boat, RV or House there is always maintenance to be done to it. That is the case this week. A simple broken toilet handle made me realize we had a few other things around the house that needed repair or maintenance.
