NOT Recovering a tender James Bond style!

I posted a video last year named 'Recovering a tender James Bond style'. The video went crazy and has over 2 million hits and provoked many comments from 'experts'! The boat being recovered however has a value higher than many people's houses, mine included. So the crew are going to take their time. Anyway here is a short video showing how NOT to recover the tender. I didn't post it at the time because my phone's memory ran out and it just stopped recording. Now I thought I'd just put it together and post it for fun. It also shows right after how to do it properly. And lastly how to launch the tender at sea.
