MINI Cooper Transmission Oil Change (Roadster R59) - How To DIY!

Hi Everyone, since the MINI lost a bit of fluid from the left axle half shaft replacement (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CkCFaPJI0tw), I thought I would just go ahead and swap out all the transmission fluid. It is super simple and probably something to do every couple of years. It did actually help to make the shifting a bit smoother! Tools you’ll need: • 8mm hex • Ratchet • Torque wrench • 3Qts of appropriate fluid (consult your manual or service center). I used Mobile One Synthetic 75W90 • Fluid Pump that fits your replacement fluid bottles • Drain Pan • Rags/roll towels We hope you enjoyed the video.
