We’re back under sail on Panama’s Pacific coast. After six months in the marina, It’s The Truth is finally moving again. This episode is all about easy, unhurried sailing — leaving the city behind, crossing the traffic separation scheme for ships coming and going to the Panama Canal, and settling into the rhythm of life under sail. We make our way out to the Perlas Islands, visiting an island new to us, before turning back toward Panama City. Wind and current don’t make it easy on the return, but we end the week exactly where we love to be — anchored off one of our favorite islands on this coast. No rush. No big drama.
