Launch Bestevaer 45 'Lionne' at KM Yachtbuilders
The latest Bestevaer 45 named 'Lionne' was launched into the water at KM Yachtbuilders. Her name and logo represent a fierce lioness, ready to take on the seas head first. Her stunning black carbon mast and boom are a real eye catcher. Under water she has a ballasted centerboard for shallow draft and double rudders. Thanks to the tiller the cockpit area is very spacious and comfortable underway. Designed by Dykstra Naval Architects her distinctive pilot house and straight bow make her easy to recognize as a true Bestevaer. Video by Guy Fleury.
