Jeanneau 44 DS Yacht HD - One of the best affordable live aboard Yachts

I've used our own archive material from 2014 to put this short video together The 42 44 45 and 50 DS were the most popular new yachts my company ever sold During our amazing 17-year relationship with Jeanneau. Many deck saloon features can be found throughout the Jeanneau range. However Unique to the Deck saloon is the Supersized cockpit and large side windows that make a perfect combination if you're looking to buy a sailing yacht that also needs to function as a modern liveaboard space. For this combination, the deck saloon range works perfectly. The concept of the deck saloon comes into play as you can see, the entire interior is bathed light from all the opening hatches ports and side windows A lot of high-end materials are used on the interior of the 44DS, all this interplays together to make this yacht feel very comfortable. This is certainly a yacht that you can live on or spend extended time onboard enjoying its high-end design atmosphere. let's go through the yacht area by area and show you some of the key features. Starting with the sink cover, which completely closes away when you're not using the galley, and when you want to use it, you have a quick hinged section that slides out of place revealing double sinks. underneath the sink area are some large pull-out drawers with a soft return system. another nice feature is the pull-out waste bin on the side of the galley. Standard is a 185-litre fridge compartment with a small freezer, A two-burner stove is standard with oven storage under the stove for all of the larger galley items. The navigation station desk has a variety of different functions. underneath the desk is usually a bar space that can be equipped with a wine fridge or a regular 65-litre refrigerator. On the desk surface, itself is a nice leatherette finish designed for a laptop computer that plugs both to the main navigation system. This particular yacht is equipped with a Simrad Sonic system which allows you to plug an iPod and control your entertainment here. it's really a multi-functional space to sit and work while you enjoy the boat. the boat has two possible tables. A standard table with a large fixed surface and two removable legs that could be transferred into a sleeping berth. Or a nice dining room table on an electric pedestal leg. in the forward cabin is a very big birth, it´s 2 meters by 190 wide. some of the key features of the aft cabin include the amount of light and ventilation that comes into the space. It has three opening ports which include an opening port over the stern. There are two heads on the boat, one forward one aft The aft head is the owner's head as well as having day head access from the saloon. The forward head is a private head situated in the guest forward cabin. A very large bed is in this space that´s 2 meters 10 long by 180 centimetres wide.
