Is TONGA the MOST UNDERATED Sailing Destination? After four short days, we leave Niue to sail to the Ha'apai group in Tonga. We were concerned that we were not going to be able to swim with Humpback whales as all the tours in Niue and the Vava'u group were completely booked.
