Click here to support this research ► https://bit.ly/33RBK8G Join Dr. Mariana Fuentes and her team from the Marine Turtle Research, Ecology and Conservation Group at Florida State University as they capture, measure, record data from, and release a male Loggerhead sea turtle off the coast of Florida. Data collected during this study provides crucial information on the population structure, distribution, habitat use and health of sea turtles in the region and informs management plans and conservation efforts. This work is permitted by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. National Marine Fisheries Service, and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, under conditions not detrimental to the animals.
