Hospice Cup 2024

The 2024 Hospice Cup. America’s Largest Charity Regatta. 80 boats on 3 circles! Sanctioned by CBYRA and hosted by the Sailing Club of the Chesapeake, the 43rd running of this event has grown into a premier racing event and a destination for competitive sailors, all sailing to support of the gift of hospice. Since 1981, The Hospice Cup has been raising awareness and funds for hospice and palliative care in our region. This year’s team fundraising brought in over $50,000, with overall fundraising bringing in $206,000, and was given to this year’s beneficiaries: Montgomery & Prince George’s Hospice, Talbot Hospice, Capital Caring Kids, and the Luminis Health Gilchrist Lifecare Institute at Anne Arundel Medical Center.
