Gaining access to the bow eye

I installed an inspection port in the bow of my boat's cabin so I could inspect and access the backside of the bow eye. There's a bit of cracking and crazing in the exterior fiberglass around the the bow eye, and I wanted to be able to inspect the backing plate before deciding what repairs need to be done.
