Food Haul Vlog - Whole Foods shopping with reusables

Shop Whole Foods bulk bins and produce with reusable bags - make sure you plan ahead, bring the right supplies and prepare your meals based around reducing waste (if that's your goal ;)). This shopping trip definitely had a lot of waste with it. What I would do differently if zero waste was my ultimate goal: - I would have been able to reduce my waste even further if I was willing to sacrifice time and gas money to drive around to different locations. - Planning further ahead would have helped me in soaking/cooking dry beans and making different condiments from scratch. - Choosing recipes with less vegan alternatives like vegenaise and tempeh would have also helped reduce the amount of disposables I purchased. The food was amazing- I used variations of different recipes from the Happy Healthy Vegan cookbook. YUM!
