This is our maiden voyage sailing and also our first time sailing alone without the previous owner. We are a sailing family who purchased an Aluminum Catamaran and moved onboard last month and are now living fulltime onboard our sailboat as full time liveaboards with plans of sailing around the world. We are heading north and about to sail our new boat, SV Shining Light, on her first expedition up the Queensland Coast of Australia. We are getting acquainted to our new boat and boatlife, and there are some hiccups along the way.
