Everything about Skydiving: Don't jump out of a plane before watching this!

I did skydiving for the first time in Brazil. It was simply insane! You jump of a plane that is flying at 12.000 feet or 4.000 meters high! Skydiving generates one of the biggest adrenaline rushes a human can experience. It comes when your brain senses danger, enhancing awareness and energy levels. On the free fall, at a speed of 200km per hour that last for about 45 seconds, the rush of adrenaline is intense in the blood stream, takes your body through one hell of a rollercoaster of emotions: anxiety, fear, adrenaline, excitement, relief. Here I share a bit of my experience and why you should try it at least once in your life (if you have no heart problems of course!)
