Ep 52 – Misc Projects: Ice Maker Install & Netting / Sailing Free Spirit We finally were able to get the Ice Maker installed. This is a Rartian unit that makes 7 lbs of ice at a time so a good amount for us to enjoy our cocktails! Its come in quite handy and it’s no longer considered a luxury item for us but a necessity! We use a lot of ice for drinks, the pups enjoy eating it and most importantly our cocktails! Its come in handy as other dock mates have had their unit break or stop working and we are more than happy to assist them with their need for ice! We also install the netting around the boat (ok only half of it was accomplished today). This was more of a safety concern as we have 3 dogs who love to jump off the boat and we were afraid that they would jump or fall into the water. We also did a quick fix to one of the sails that we had to undo and retie again. Overall, a great weekend for boat projects!!
