WE find ourselves storm bound in a harbour thats being rebuilt Surrounded by concrete walls and sharing our space with heavy machinery , we must await the passing of the storm before we can leave the relative safety of a port of refuge , a commercial harbour all but abandoned and in the process of being rebuilt has to provide us shelter until the storm passes.
