After clearing into Malé, we set off to explore the spectacular islands of the Maldives. Our first stops are Guraidhoo and Fulidhoo, where we wander through the small island villages, walk the beautiful beaches, and experience everyday life in the Maldives. Along the shoreline, we encounter the friendly stingrays that visit the beaches each day before heading to a nearby reef for an unforgettable swim with gentle nurse sharks. Returning to Crossroads Marina near Malé, we explore the bustling capital, stock up on fresh provisions at the local markets, and refuel No Regrets II before continuing our adventure. Before departing, we tackle one final maintenance job, replacing the seized top bearing on our screecher furler. With smooth furling restored, No Regrets II is once again ready for the next passage.
