Dormant New Zealand Volcano Rangitoto Island New Zealand from Sailing Kids Adventures Ep 1
Blake and Toby embark on a sailing adventure to Rangitoto a dormant New Zealand volcano. Blake describes volcanoes for kids by talking about how a volcanic island is created and we show you some footage of the sailing boats anchored in the bay. Blake and Toby walk part way around the island Rangitoto in Auckland, New Zealand, they find volcanic rocks to throw, Blake slips and hurts himself, our family find a native New Zealand bird called a Saddleback. The boys acknowledge the White Island tragedy. For the video next week, we show a short clip of dolphins swimming by our yacht. We are two brothers, aged 4 and 7, who love going on sailing family adventures - exploring the outdoors and finding super cool wild animals, bugs and marine life. So along with our parents, we're sailing the world, exploring islands, and looking for interesting wildlife. We start our adventure sailing New Zealand but dream of sailing around the Mediterranean some day. We love our planet and want to look after our environment, so through our travels we hope other kids will feel inspired to care for our planet and wildlife too.
