The kite surfing scene in New Caledonia is world class, in fact the French love anything on water that uses wind power, kite surfing, wind surfing, sailing, they do it all. We got amongst the local scene in the tourist area Anse Vata in Noumea. Kris had a blast out there, while Bella continued to improve her skills and gets up on the board for the second time. We followed the fun with some offshore boat preparation. Shona headed up the mast to inspect all the rigging and especially the split pins.
