De-rig a BayCruiser 21 in less than 10 minutes!

Matt's been bragging about how he can de-rig his new design the BayCruiser 21 in less than 10 minutes, well he took it steady and it only took 7 minutes 40 seconds! Obviously there's still trailer checks and some tying down to do but if your getting off a slipway it's no fuss at all.
