These are great sailboats to refurbish. Small, simple and solid. Fiberglass and concrete, both last forever. Not many things in this world do. After my CP16 I wanted a Com-Pac 23 that had no below the waterline thru-hulls and an outboard motor. I pulled everything out of this 40 year old and doing things my way.
