**NOW SOLD** C & L 36 ‘SV Maiken’ SV Maiken is a 1977 C&L 36 fully equipped to cross oceans and now exclusively for sale with YOTI Queensland. SV Maiken was built in the golden era of fiberglass boat construction at C & L Marine Taiwan in 1977. Her hull is solid hand-laid fiberglass. SV Maiken is a masthead sloop rig. Her keel is a modern fin design with an inboard hung rudder aft of a partial skeg. Her hull shape has a striking resemblance to the Peterson 46, although smaller. The C & L 36 was built to cross oceans, Maiken has crossed the pacific and was involved in an incredible event off the coast of Tonga where the crew witnessed the birth of an island.
