Bolognese The Swedish way - Gourmet Cooking in Le Marin - Martinique - Sailing Nipe EP. 19 We are now in Marina Le Marin and doing small maintenance on the boat. Amel have an office here so spear parts is very easy to get.Thea and i take the bikes and we went to St Anne, very choosy little village on the south part of Martinique. And i must say, the Bolognese i cook went very tasteful. It seemed that every Saturday the have local sailing competitions very nice to look at from the bar with a glas of good white wine.;)
