The Berthon apprentices are currently restoring a West Solent One Design (RIPPLE) as an educational project on behalf of Boatyard owner Brian May. The partial 'ring' frames have been laminated, the new stem has also been laminated out of iroko hardwood, and we have begun building the new rudder.
