** NOW SOLD ** As one of the last Beneteau Oceanis 473's built, Chilli Heat is moored in Pittwater and now exclusively for sale with the team at YOTI. Delivered and commissioned in 2006. This 473 is the 3 cabin 3 head version and presents in immaculate condition. Currently owned by a very experienced couple, Chilli Heat has been prepared for safe and comfortable blue water cruising. In 2011 she had reverse cycle air-conditioning fitted which runs from her Northern Lights 7kva Generator. Also fitted with bow thruster, radar, AIS and a RIB with 9.8 hp outboard, she is perfectly optioned for her next adventure up or down the coast. Her onboard living space is greatly increased with the addition of near new covers including clears to completely enclose the cockpit for those hot or wet nights.
