In this weeks Solar cooking class we are making French style Baguette. It only takes 1 hour of good weather and about 2 hours of preperation time plus some waiting in between to let the dough grow. All you need is Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast and a good portion of Sunshine and you are good to go!
