Awen Does Naxos @SailingAWEN

A little ditty about getting from our sailboat, anchored in the boonies on Naxos Island (because we are trying to shelter from an incoming Meltemi) and trying to get into downtown Naxos to rent a scooter and tour the island…and try to make it back. We had to swim to shore but our drybag had a hole and drenched our clothes, and then we hiked a cliff to get to a bus stop where we ended calling a cab. To get back we did it all again, backwards and in the dark. All a great adventure and totally worth it.
