Are we ready to spend 31 days at sea sailing across the Pacific Ocean?

We anticipated the sail from Panama to the Marquesas in French Polynesia to take around 4 weeks. This is a long period of time to be without any shops, to buy food, spare parts, clothes or medical supplies. We had to ensure we had absolutely everything we needed, as there would be no help to call on or fuel stations to fill up at. This was our longest passage yet, it took weeks of preparing the boat for the passage, to stock the lockers with food and to make sure we had enough entertainment to last us all that time at sea.
