Even though extreme heat had thwarted my attempts to get back into the forward bunk for more coats of paint, we were able to make steps forward in the engine bed. Using a 6 pound density foam from Total Boat, Matt and I were able to fill all the hollow spaces of the stringers, to make the area structurally sound before the engine mounts and eventually engines go in. We thought we'd have the same luck adding that foam to the skirt of our transom, but, well, that did not go according to plan and has now only brought more issues and work for us. We hope you enjoy!
