Friday 4th January was meant to be the practice racing day for the 2019 Tornado World Championships Powered by Candida Stationery, however with 30 knots blowing across the race course, the boats never left the shore. Official racing kicks off on Saturday 5th January from 1300 hours with two races scheduled. International Tornado Class Association Tornado Class New Zealand Yachting New Zealand World Sailing
