The Harris Solstice 240 is a pontoon boat built in the heartland of American, with a very American attitude: it's comfortable but tough, well thought out but not overly complex, and packs plenty of horsepower. Our test pontoon had a 300 horsepower Mercury Verado, and broke 50 MPH.
