We spent £90,000 on a refit on a tired 2007 Failrine Squadron 58 - was it worth it? When buying a boat (or pretty much anything) you have the option to buy a perfect/concourse condition model, one in a good enough condition you can live with it or one that needs doing up. This review show our Fairline Squadron 58 started off in the later camp, it was showing its age, with dated fabrics and lots of wear and tear - so we opted for a full refit and wanted to see if it was economically viable. James walks through the boat giving a tour of how each part of the boat has been modified and reviews the work carried out by Setag Yachts.
