#14 - New, round and shiny, cockpit portholes

Changing the cockpit portholes was a distant dream. In our cockpit, two round plastic portholes, cracked, stained, and old that leaked all the time, were our reality, and we searched nautical thrift stores but in the dimensions and shape, we needed nothing was ever found. New ones were too expensive so for a long time we believed that the way would be to make do with what we had. But by great luck of fate, we got an offer of what the Alwine II needed at an affordable price, and the result you can check out in this episode. We are Fred and Juh. Our friends think we are crazy, maybe that's true. We have been renovating a Bruce Roberts 54 for 5 years now.
