This episode will mark our first week as the new owners of an abandoned Catamaran - a boat that has never yet had the chance to glide across oceans. After over a decade on the hardstand and almost 4 different owners, this Kelsall KSS 58 couldn't be more deserving of a new chapter. But before we can even think to begin to write it, we need to know the truth - why has she been left on the hard for so long? What went so wrong for the previous owners? How can such a beautiful vessel travel less than 2 miles up a river in her over 10yrs of existence? Amongst these questions, we're also met with adversary. Although we bought her at a fair auction, this week we've faced some hard truths. Not everyone is happy for us...and a boatyard is a place that requires friendships and networks.
