Leg 3 of The Ocean Race Europe has started with the IMOCA fleet taking a hard-fought, upwind start in 12-15 knots of wind in the waters off Cartagena. It was Paprec-Arkéa taking the starboard tack advantage at the start, forcing most of the fleet to duck behind, but there were close battles everywhere, with Team Malizia and Holcim-PRB in tight quarters as well as Team Amaala and Allagrande Mapei Racing.
