Nel settembre 2025 ho viaggiato per 22 giorni come passeggera (pagante) della nave cargo francese CMA CGG Medea da Marsiglia, dove mi hanno imbarcato, fino al porto di Salalah (Oman) dove sono scesa. La portacontainer era diretta in Cina. Ha fatto scalo a Malta, Beirut e dopo il canale di Suez a Gedda (Arabia Saudita).
