www.LittleYachtSales.com Since the introduction of the Mark 1 in 1986, the Catalina 34 has built a well-deserved reputation as a classic blend of performance, comfort and value. The "Island Time" is a well-equipped and maintained cruiser. Her clean hull lines and wing keel make her shallow enough for inland sailing, yet sturdy and fast enough for Caribbean cruising. She has the equipment, capabilities and amenities to handle a day trip, weekend on the coast or a season in the Caribbean. Island Time is ready to carry your family and friends virtually anywhere with comfort, style, performance and most importantly, safety. Broker's Remarks: "Island Time" - The name says it all! This wonderfully maintained Catalina 34 combines a wing keel with Catalina's legendary ruggedness with the grace of the classic lines that are the trademark of Catalina Yachts. The addition of the Tidelands Strong Track on the main sail along with other improvements make this a very easy boat to single-hand. Whether sailing locally or in the islands, this boat truly can be your home away from home.

We're talking big bowsprits, high bulwarks, butterfly hatches, husky bronze fittings and a kind of character that speaks of seaworthiness that has its roots in American popularity. As a 41 footer weighing in at over 40,000 pounds in typical cruising trim, she's in a class of its own as a heavy displacement cruiser. Influenced by the latest design thinking of the time, the underwater form has a split keel arrangement somewhat similar to company's Telstar Keel first appearing on the Hans Christian 38 Traditional in 1984 where it helped with close windedness and light air performance. Aided by her split keel, the 41 Traditional has been described as an easy boat to sail and owners of Hans Christian boats are not looking for speed but rather comfort. In this department, the boat excels with a gentle seakindly motion in a manner only heavy boats can deliver. Interior Layout It's probably best to describe the boats as being semi-custom in nature. There were at least five variations of layouts; four were described in the original brochure and named the Molokai, Harmony, Atlantic and Pacific. The most popular was the Molokai layout with its twin head arrangement and double berths both forward and aft. Interiors are of a very high workmanship and incorporate many ideas that proved popular for Hans Christian in prior models. Layout: "MalaChite" is the more popular MOLOKAI layout. Upon entering the companionway to Port is a guest stateroom with door. Opposite is the guest/day head which is Near the companionway and good for using at sea. Forward to port is a compete galley large with lots of storage U shaped for use at sea A giant sit down nav station that is larger than any other boat this size is across the galley on starboard with a navigators chair, ships Service panel and custom electronics panel. There is a large settee forward of the nav station and opposite U shaped dinette. The master berth is forward of the main bulkhead with a Pullman berth to port and settee and hanging lockers opposite. The master head is forward of the master cabin and has a separate shower area and access to the chain locker. Hans Christian was known for their solid teak wood work inside and "Malachite" is no exception and features tongue and groove solid teak throughout with bronze opening ports.

www.LittleYachtSales.com The Catalina 34 has established an enviable reputation as a fast, stiff, and sturdily built cruising yacht. A great light-air performer with commodious accommodations for cruisers, the C34 is designed for coastal cruising--but that hasn't stopped several C34s from crossing oceans. An active owner community, an information-packed Web site, and a genuinely responsive manufacturer assure prospective C34 owners of outstanding support after purchase. Wilcar is in beautiful condition and has been upgraded with an incredible electronics package including radar, Garmin 5212, AIS, inverter, and more, all in the last year. www.LittleYachtSales.com Innovation in design, excellence in engineering, and an incredible layout make the Hunter 310 a great midsize cruiser. The interior boasts two private staterooms, each with their own privacy bulkhead (not just a curtain). Great natural light is plentiful throughout the cabin with multiple hatches and screened ports as well as the Hunter wraparound windshield. Entertaining or dining, the salon can handle family or friends with ease. The large dinette easily converts to a double for extended families and the settees offer plenty of storage as well. Topsides, the Hunter 310 has an immense rounded cockpit that allows all the crew to participate or kick back as they desire. The stern rail seats are up and out of the way, and a custom console houses the standard VHF and instruments as well as the engine controls and compass. Twin drop leafs allow for cockpit dining, and there is plenty of storage under the seating. The helm seat hinges aft, leading onto the walkthrough transom complete with propane tank storage and a retractable swim ladder with a cockpit shower. Above the cockpit is the integrated arch which serves as an attachment point for both the mainsheet as well as the optional bimini. This layout keeps the cockpit clear, uncluttered, and ready for action. Going forward, there are serious nonskid and clear side decks due to the innovative rig arrangement. The B & R fractional rig, with its swept-back spreaders, eliminates the need for a backstay. Mast struts and reverse diagonals give all the strength needed while allowing for a smaller section aloft. For the sailor, this means more stability. Hunter Marine's keel boats are the backbone of the Hunter fleet. These spacious and comfortable cruisers are incredibly appointed from the rich fabrics to the top-grade hardware. Hunter Marine The Hunter Marine Corporation was founded in 1973 to build truly affordable sailboats. Warren Luhrs, Hunter's chairman, has personally logged thousands of ocean miles both single-handedly and shorthanded aboard his ocean racers. From these floating laboratories hundreds of new ideas have been born. The same B & R rig that powered his boats into the record books also power the Hunter fleet. A lot has changed over the years, but Hunter Marine continues its commitment of bringing the sailing public the best performing and most accommodating sailboats at a reasonable price. Had a great downwind ride and made Port O'Connor by 5:00 PM the following day. Motored South down the ICW to Aransas Bay and anchored for a good nights rest. Underway early the next day and made Corpus Christi late the next morning. The Catalina 315 was very comfortable and a great performer. She is an enormous amount of boat in a 31 foot package.
